Maine Pics

A beautiful Maine sunset at Brandy Pond. The pond is so named because of it's brandy colored water. Though clear and clean, the water gets it's hue from the evergreen trees that surround the pond who's needles eventually find their way into the water.

Maine Lupine in June. Many visitors try to bring seeds back home to where they live, but Lupine are an interesting flower.... they are particular where they choose to take root although they are hardy perennials in Maine's cold climate.

Maine wild phlox is amazingly beautiful and like it's counter part, lupine, it has a mind of its own-springing up where it sees fit.
